Breastfeeding Mums can of course join my program. Just check with your doctor first, and make sure that you acknowledge and adjust the level of intensity or pace using the numerous modifications I offer along the way. Please avoid weight loss diets while pregnant or breastfeeding.

It's all good if you miss a day, we all have those days occasionally! Just come back and do the workout, meal or sleep meditation you missed on another day. The point of So Inspired Fitness is to enjoy the journey, so I don't want you feeling anxious or guilty for a missed session once in every while. If you miss a lot, then just pick up where you left off but don't wait too long, it gets harder to jump back in the longer we leave it. More on this style mindset in our Crew Membership.
I have designed the training to only need some essentials
A towel the same size as a tea towel will be needed, to start with you can also use a strap, belt or flex band.
A mat or towel for pilates, or even your own carpet is fine.
5 weeks in you will need a resistance/flex band for pilates.
8 weeks in you will need a small ball approximately 20/30cm in diameter (across) will be fine.
I show you an option to use milk bottles filled with water (you can add some stones for extra weight) I then after use a kettle bell as my own preference, but you can use a dumbbell or any thing that is comfortable for you to hold and offers the resistance you require to maximise results. Get creative there are no hard and fast rules when it comes to trying your best!
A skipping rope can be use but I demonstrate without a rope.
Sometimes we use will use a chair to sit on, but you will be told before the session begins and if you don't the gear at hand you can swap the session for anther that suits you best.

So Inspired Fitness is an online lifestyle program made by myself, Sarah Parry. Featuring in studio and beach Pilates, Work Outs, Boot Camp, HIIT, resistance, stretch sessions, nutritionally balanced meals and recipe options, meditation and affirmation experiences. Multiple levels and modifications are offered to help you find a way to train your body to the fitness level you require. I believe this is the perfect combination of methods to consider your posture first then train to feel strong, find your confidence, get fit and find deeper happiness. I’ve created my program with help from a clinical psychologist to ensure you get results, feel supported and enjoy the journey.
Absolutely yes! That’s how and why I have designed it. My program is all online so you can train anywhere in the world.
After joining So Inspired Fitness your first week will be immediately available, an email will tell you when new content is open, this is weekly. After 3 weeks of being in my Crew, all content will be available in categories, so that you can choose whatever work out is best. You will continue to get weekly releases just in case this is what you prefer. In the weekly releases you will get 3 Pilates and 3 Workout / Boot Camp sessions and 1 meditation/affirmation day (except for the first week - I set you up with some essentials and a fit test, this is to help you, I am your coach and have your back)
You will be able to see all previous weekly releases, they don't disappear, so you wont feel left behind if life gets busy and you miss a bit.
Your never too old! You can transform your body and mind at any age. I have been training all ages from 18-80 since 2007. Please remember to only do what you can do – follow my advice on modifying exercises and contact me if you need more help, that is what I am here for! The Pilates sessions are there to train your mind to use your body safely, you can always revert back to the Basic Principles of Pilates, I highly recommend doing so. Use these safer ideas I offer until you feel ready to try a harder option. If you’re concerned, have a chat with your doctor before committing.
