I'm Sarah Parry - I've been inspiring hundreds of people in the Health and Fitness industry for over 13 years now. My genuine experience as a hands on Trainer & Coach is has now transformed from face to face  to online.


My husband and two little boys support my dream to serve the health and well being of others. I am blessed to have Justin care for our children every evening while I am really busy helping others enjoy wholesome living. We love the ocean and make wonderful memories on the water, surfing, kayaking and paddle boarding on the idyllic waters of New Zealand.  I base my faith on Gods grace, we try as a family to attend Church most Sunday's. 


I am a qualified Master Personal Trainer with the Australian Institute of Fitness and Pilates Instructor with the internationally recognised STOTT Pilates. 


I'm also trained in pre/post natal, rehabilitation, posture realignment, knee and back stability, beginner - advanced Pilates. World class education and injury safe methodology are my forte.
